Barton Chelf is the Co‑Founder and President of Beyond90, offering strategic and financial leadership to advance the organization’s mission of supporting refugees beyond the initial 90‑day resettlement period. With more than 25 years of experience in management, training, sales, and budgeting, he brings strong operational expertise to program development and organizational sustainability. Barton and his wife, Lori, began serving refugees through World Relief Jacksonville in 2014, and their firsthand experience with post‑resettlement challenges led to the founding of Beyond90. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Program.
