Amy Carol Dominguez serves as Director of Global Mental Health at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She is the Founding Director of PreAct, a global initiative focused on mass trauma preparedness and community resilience.

The Global Mental Health Program advances equitable access to mental health care through international partnerships, training, research, and community-based initiatives serving underserved populations locally and globally.

With nearly two decades of leadership in disaster behavioral health, Amy works alongside international partners to strengthen trauma-informed systems, preparedness, and recovery efforts worldwide.
